Megaclimatron
MEGACLIMATON Technology
ECOSUNSUBLIMATION & MEGACLIMATON technology – designed to bring technology in agriculture to a new, high-tech and environmentally friendly level.
Vacuum sublimation
Vacuum sublimation with vacuum solar collector module and heat pump with vacuum adiabatic heat storage.
Capable of processing – ecological cycle drying based on energy efficient technology – conversion of solar heat through solar collectors with heating at the heat pump and the accumulation of thermal energy in the thermal accumulator, the heat from the thermal accumulator flows through heat exchangers in a vacuum. drying chamber.VSC has a process of freeze drying with selection of intercellular and intracellular fluid plasma in special containers.
In this way we produce unique phytoplasmic and environmentally friendly fruit and vegetable crisps.
Megaclimatron ®
Megaclimatron ®
Megaclimatron® is a set of chambers in a gigantic separate building, allowing the artificial creation of climates for entire ecosystems and even geographical areas. They do not grow individual species, but entire plant communities.
Energy costs are kept to a minimum in a spherical-shaped greenhouse. Solar, wind and other unconventional forms of energy can be used.
Total sown area in MegaClimatron
The total sown area in the Climatronic is 10-15 times the size of the buildings. The compactness of the Megaclimatron® allows us to apply them in highly automated, highly economical and environmentally friendly technologies for food products, especially those of plant origin.
Megaclimatron production
With the switch to Megaclimatron® production, the cost and payback period will be reduced. Our side is ready to discuss cooperation with foreign investors in any convenient form, including joint ventures. The strategic objective is to maximise a very large reduction in Climatronic-built (to environmentally acceptable pages) open arable farming, which is gradually turning the surface of the planet into a desert and cannot, in the end, feed mankind.
Separate area Megaclimatron
A separate area of Megaclimatron® is counteracting the expansion of deserts and their subsequent conversion into habitats. Countries with large quantities of solar energy, where they lack fertile soil and fresh water, may be particularly interested in this project.
Growing fruit crops.
Diversity and inclusion
How much you sometimes want the green berries of cranberries, strawberries, blueberries or cranberries to ripen quickly and be satisfied with the taste. Growing fruit crops in greenhouses allows you to get not only an early harvest but also a guaranteed quality harvest.
Greenhouses enable the same strawberry plants to produce two or three crops per season instead of just one. In addition to plastic covers, the berries of two-year and one-year strawberries ripen 10-12 days before harvesting and are usually 70-80% more ripe than usual.
Always ensure that the greenhouse temperature does not exceed 25-30°C. When strawberries are flowering in the greenhouse, be sure to ventilate the room (the outside temperature should be at least 5 °C).
Breeding fruit crops
Breeding fruit crops
Cranberries and blueberries can be propagated by seeds (generatively) and shoot roots (vegetatively). A single berry contains a large number of seeds. They only germinate in high humidity and in the absence of direct sunlight. The most efficient way to grow plants is from cuttings.
Only take cuttings from strong bushes. Plant in the spring before the buds open and in the autumn after the end of the growing season.
Breeding fruit crops
The strawberry is the most common crop. Its distinctive feature is its high vegetative propagation ability and early emergence. Nutritious strawberries contain sugar, acid, vitamin C, P-active compounds, minerals and many other valuable substances.
